BOH
BOH
BOH is, for many fans, the most identifiable bass in all of BABYMETAL's history. His unmistakable image, technical precision, and consistency within the project made him a central figure of the Japanese Kami Band. Among all musicians associated with the band, he is one with the most historical continuity, and that gave him a very special place in the collective memory of the fandom. His instrument does not serve merely a supporting function. BOH plays with a clarity, elasticity, and musicality that enrich the foundation of BABYMETAL's live sound. In a proposal where drums and guitars have such presence, keeping the bass with its own identity is no small detail. He achieves this with an approach that mixes refined technique with stage presence. BOH helped consolidate the idea that the Kami Band was not a filler formation. It was a band of extremely high-level musicians, each with their own language. His presence also contributed a kind of symbolic stability: in a history marked by changes, visual mutations, and different eras, he was for a long time one of the most reliable points of continuity on the instrumental side of the project.
